- Full-Charge Bookkeeping: Categorize and record transactions to increase accuracy and timeliness of financial information. Complete bank and account reconciliations to identify outstanding payments or receipts and resolve discrepancies timely.
- Financial Statement Clean-up: Review current financial statements and bring records up-to-date to agree with source documentation (previous tax returns, bank activity, etc.)
- Payroll: Process payroll and payroll tax returns. Pay contractors and timely file 1099 forms.
- Part-time Controller services: Implement processes and controls to assist in financial integrity and standardize practices to improve closing timelines. Maintain compliance and oversight of accounting functions and financial reporting.
